Return, Refund, & Exchange Eligibility
All returns are subject to validation and approval at the discretion of Bottle Service Inc.
Only skincare products are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
For safety and hygienic reasons, products are eligible for return, refund, or exchange only if they have not been opened, damaged, unsealed, and/or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned and received by Bottle Service Inc. within 30 days of original purchase with a proof of purchase receipt.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer full refunds but are happy to issue the credited refund amount of your original purchase price, excluding shipping, to you on a Bottle Service gift card.
Return, Refund, & Exchange Ineligibility
Items shipped to Bottle Service Inc. outside of the returns window, not in new, sealed, undamaged, and/or unused condition, without original packaging, without purchase receipt, or not purchased at Bottle Service Inc. may not be refunded or credited. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
We do not offer refunds on sample size products or individual items that are part of a set of products. For example, individual products that are part of a specific program, gift set, exclusive offer combination, etc.
Bottle Service Inc. does not allow returns or refunds on any services provided, including but not limited to neuromodulator treatments.
Bottle Service Inc. does not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges on any opened, damaged, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. All opened, damaged, unsealed, or used products are otherwise non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to safety and hygienic reasons.
We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. Because we want you to look and feel your best, Bottle Service Inc. will issue a refund of the original purchase amount of the product, excluding shipping, on a gift card to the individual for the product that caused the allergic reaction. In order to be eligible for this refund exception, all reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use to Bottle Service Inc. Bottle Service Inc. reserves the right to request a physician or nurse practitioner letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.
Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your healthcare provider or you can contact us for further information.
Shipping Fees and Errors
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please note, return shipping charges will not be refunded or credited by Bottle Service Inc. and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that as soon as your order has left our shop we are unable to change any of the details on your order. Always be sure prior to completing your order that your order details are correct. Bottle Service Inc. is not responsible for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.
Return, Refund & Exchange Process
Please Refer to the Following Steps in the Process:
Step 1: Contact Bottle Service Inc.
- Contact Bottle Service Inc. via e-mail at email@example.com and include the following:
- In the subject line of e-mail, please include Return, Refund & Exchange.
- In the body of the e-mail, please specify the following:
- Reason for Return.
- Original Date of Purchase.
- Specify if the product was: opened, used, unused, damaged, sealed or unsealed.
- Specify your request for one of the following: Refund or Exchange.
- Attach a copy of the original receipt. We accept screenshots, photos, or original printed copies scanned to PDF or Microsoft Word document.
- Specify the mailing address to send refund gift card, or exchange product to.
- Include any other relevant documentation pertinent to refund or exchange request.
Step 2: Package Product and Mail to Bottle Service Inc.
- Bottle Service Inc. will reply to your e-mail to confirm we have received your request for return or exchange and gather any other necessary information we require.
- If eligible, we will send you the address to send your return or exchange to.
- You will be responsible for packaging the product, and mailing to Bottle Service Inc.
Step 3: Processing of Refund or Exchange
- Once the product is received, the request can be processed if eligibility criteria is met. This may take 30-60 days from the date of receiving the product to our returns department.
- Within 60 days, you will receive your exchange product, or refund in the form of a credit on a Bottle Service gift card.
Notes: Please allow 30-60 days for your return or exchange to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received, approved, processed, and your refund or exchange product has been issued. If requesting a refund, once processed, the funds will be credited in the form of a gift card that can be redeemed on any product or service, and sent to you with receipt by mail to an address specified by you. This gift card does not have an expiry date. If requesting an exchange product, once processed, the product will be shipped at a cost to you and to the address you have specified.
