Q: Where do you apply this product?
A: Using your finger follow the contours of the bone that frames your eye area. This will be your application area. Dab a pea size amount of the product onto the top of your hand. You will use this hand as your palette. Dab your finger into the product and apply the product in a dabbing motion along the bone, avoiding the skin inside of this bone. Blend but do not rub in.
